Teenage athletes often find “store bought” mouthguards cumbersome- there may be difficulty talking or breathing comfortably. So the tendency is to spit it out. Well don’t do it.
Our office offers custom sports appliances that fit well, and work. We’d even like to see the weekend athletes in our office practice with this extra insurance against injury.
